Ingredients
- 1 medium size whole chicken
- 2 medium size red onion
- 3 carrots
- 15 baby potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 medium lemon juice
Spices
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut onions into 4 equal parts, cut carrots in half.
- Put them on the slow cooker.
- Place the whole chicken on top.
- Add melted butter and lemon juice on.
- Add all the spices and cook them on low for 4 hours.
- At the end of the 4 hours, add baby potatoes and cook 4 more hours.
