Salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide are two powerful ingredients in the fight against acne. Pillowcases and towels can accumulate bacteria, oil, and dead skin cells, which can transfer back to your skin and cause breakouts. Change your pillowcases at least twice a week and use a clean towel every time you wash your face. This simple habit can significantly reduce the risk of period acne.
